About me

Across generations, families carry memories of love, marriage, family life, career journeys, migration, and resilience—yet many of these stories remain undocumented.

When stories are not recorded, they are often lost forever.

I write to help individuals and families who want to preserve their family stories, traditions, and cultural heritage. I achieve this through novels, guided journals, and how-to books.

Why I started this Blog

This blog is an extension of my books. Here, I share reflections on storytelling, legacy preservation, cultural memory, women’s narratives, and the importance of documenting everyday life. You’ll find insights from my writing journey, ideas drawn from my books, and practical guidance for anyone interested in preserving their own stories.

My non-fiction work includes thoughtfully designed guided journals that help you  document your life stories, cultural traditions, values, and lived experiences in clear and practical ways. These journals encourage reflection and storytelling, making it easier to preserve family history for future generations.

Alongside my journaling books, I write fiction that explores the lived realities of African women navigating education, career aspirations, relationships, marriage, and cultural expectations. These stories reflect the quiet negotiations many women make between tradition and modern life, personal ambition and communal responsibility.

Whether you are a reader, writer, parent, grandparent, or simply curious about cultural heritage, this space invites you to honor the past, document the present, and pass meaningful stories forward.
